Ivan, These are all good activities to capture. however, you're still being too particular and trying too concerned about the contour of the figure. Put down a single light line that defines the overall arc of the figure's motion. make it really loose. Then, start to block out proportions and establish the limbs and head. If you work more loosely, your drawings will stop appearing rigid and will be more dynamic.
