Ivan, I like that you got out to draw - but these poses are focused on too many static, seated individuals. look more to people walking, leaning on their hip, kneeling, running, reaching, etc. You're still avoiding facial features. They don't need to be detailed - but it avoids the generic head problem. Faces offer a glimpse of personality just as important as the pose.
